Sumtoto Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using any sumtoto services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the sumtoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

Use of the sumtoto platform is restricted to individuals who:

Sumtoto reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and may request valid identification documents for compliance purposes.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

To access the full range of sumtoto services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice.

You are solely responsible for:

Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential;
Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation;
Notifying sumtoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.

Sumtoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials. All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own actions.

3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sumtoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time and displayed within the user account section.

Users agree that:

All deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources and be the personal property of the user;
The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same user's name;
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification;
Sumtoto reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the identity verification process is complete.

Any attempt to process payments using false information or unauthorised credit/debit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one to five business days.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

Users agree to use the sumtoto platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using automated software, bots, or any other technological means to manipulate the platform or betting processes;
Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit promotional opportunities;
Spreading false information, defamatory content, or any material that violates applicable law through the platform;
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts;
Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities;
Submitting false personal details or impersonating another individual during registration or use of the platform.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and appropriate legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Sumtoto does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from technical disruptions, network failures, or betting outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sumtoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of sumtoto or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent from sumtoto.

Third-Party Links

The sumtoto platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. The presence of such links does not imply that sumtoto endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

6. Account Policy, Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Sumtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and at our sole discretion — particularly in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, illegal activity, or upon request by law enforcement authorities. Where an account is closed due to a user violation, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited without compensation.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the sumtoto support team. Such requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

Amendments to Terms

Sumtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the sumtoto platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the relevant authority or tribunal.
